morangi: Does that mean it sometimes happens in the flesh?For me it was the point of rapture when nothing seemed to have any meaning. When This or that doesnot give way. When prayer is the only next thing. Or so I think. I am now recovering from a mental shock that occurred to me last week in the process of writing this notes

I picked out this piece from the article to highlight.. it is very encouraging to me..

 

JENNIFER: You know, one time as I was teaching the children

that Jesus heals the sick and that He took all infirmities on

Himself... I wanted to just drop in there that, Well, sometimes

people don’t always get healed. Just as that almost slipped out of

my mouth, I felt the strongest rebuke of the Lord overwhelm me.

 

God told me very clearly, “Jennifer, don’t you think I

can defend myself? I asked you to teach the children

what My Word says. Do not add your religious

unbelief to truth.”

 

I was so shocked, because I thought I was doing the children a

favour by protecting them from disappointment, but really I had

totally offended the Holy Spirit. One of the greatest gifts that

children have is their child-like faith - and we have to be so

careful to nurture that and not to quench it.
