If ever a movie was life changing it was this one "One Night with the King".. Last night after seeing it.. I had the most amazing night seeing things I had not ever seen so clearly.. Both my husband and I were awake.. tossing and turning through the night.. It felt like heaven was open over me!!

God used the story throught this movie to reveal to me His plan, His love and so much more.. I only hope somehow He can help me ~ what has been revealed to me ~ bring Him honor..

This movie clip above I found on You Tube a couple of months ago.. and because I like Mariah Carey.. her voice when she sings more ballad type songs.. and the clip seemed to just be so anointed.. touched by God.. I have to, have to, have to... share it..

I watched the clip over and over when I first saw it.. so after last night I had to refind it and share this with everyone I know.. sigh.. Not as much as I would like though.. Even after getting up early.. I have a line up to use this now.. children who are waiting for a turn on the computer.. One sitting beside me hoping by his ever present presence.. I will give in..

I could talk about all this means to me for literally hours.. LOL!! But for now this must be it..



Father God my prayer is.. for me to glorify YOU through what YOU have revealed to me.. Just how much YOU love YOUR creation as imperfect as we are.. How much YOU have to show us.. if we will only just come to YOU.. Father it is so different to what we think or even understand.. YOU are greater then our most out of this world imaginations.. YOU are waiting.. longing and showing YOURSELF to the world.. I pray for eyes to be opened and ears to hear YOUR longings that have been made known to us since creation..

The book is even better.

We did enjoy the movie...went to see it in the theater first. I do wish they had not changed some things from the Scriptures. But it did give us much to ponder as well. Esther never had a lot of choice as to her fate, but as in many events in Scripture we are told it was done so, by GOD causing it to happen. Sometimes I am not sure we have that much choice in life...maybe it only seems so. Yes, we have a choice to keep God's laws or not...but as to events...I am not so sure. Somehow HE is at work behind the scenes to influence what happens, I think in order to produce the harvest for HIS kingdom. Why it is so important that we obey HIM and HIS word...so we do our small parts in that process!! Blessings...I LOVED LOVED the song "One Night with the KING"!!

I just love that.. I had to walk into our bedroom where my hubby was asleep to get the book that quote was in.. but he is sound asleep and I don't think I desturbed him!!

There is something in that quote that stirs my very spirit.. That God uses US.. to do great things.. What an awesome privellege.. and in every way glorifies Him.. but also gives us incredible joy as He allows us the privellege to live it out!!
