Sharon: Hi Joanne.. Closeness to God is wonderful.. but I want to get much closer yet!! It costs a great deal though.. because we must die to self.. Which is humbling.. because we think we know best and we don't.. and to totally look to God for everything just goes against our flesh.. but to know God more is the greater gift and He will help us with all things.. Hi and sorry I haven't been here in awhile.. with 5 children home over the summer holidays and my husband has had 2 weeks off work.. I have to get in line on the computer! All the best to all for a wonderful new year which is coming upon us quickly!!

We got to go away just before Christmas for a few days to the beach at Torquay which was nice.. We rented a place very close to the coast... rented to us at a very cheap price.. God blessed us through a man named David who rents two units at well under the price he could get to benefit families who otherwise could not afford a holiday!! Bless him Lord!!

All is well here.. Praise God /

I want to share this today.. I found this on You Tube... clips showing Jesus life.. About this video below..

We are told in the scriptures about the life of Christ. John Chapter 1:23-34 introduces John the Baptist who baptizes Jesus. Jesus reads from the Old Testament Isaiah 61:1-2. We see Jesus as he cleanses the Temple taken from John 2:12-16. We see healings such as Jesus cleanses the Leper from Matthew 8:1-3, and healing the Blind Man from John Chapter 9:1-7. Teachings concerning little children as stated in Mark 10:13-16 and the conversation with Nicodemus concerning being Born again as explained in John chapter 3:1-15.
