The Healing Place

Welcome to my on-line journal.. I am a 38 year old married mother of 5 children on earth (1 in heaven) and our family lives in Victoria Australia. I am a believer in the Almighty God and live my life to further His Kingdom on earth!

This journal was formerly called Gods Child.. but now is being called The Healing Place.. I have been thinking about this change for awhile.. God has been leading me to pursue his healing presence and I cannot but share what I am finding out!!

I pray that Gods healing presence becomes real to you too.. and that through a greater knowledge of who God is and what He has said and the testimonies shared that you too can find spiritual and bodily healing, blessings and encouragement..

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2

Sharon: Hi Joanne.. Closeness to God is wonderful.. but I want to get much closer yet!! It costs a great deal though.. because we must die to self.. Which is humbling.. because we think we know best and we don't.. and to totally look to God for everything just goes against our flesh.. but to know God more is the greater gift and He will help us with all things.. Hear Jesus words to You.. through all eternity they speak.. It IS Finished!

Romans 8:37 (Amplified Bible)Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.

These are amazing words..

Amid these things and some of the things mentioned in the scriptures before this verse are..

*Tribulations (great trials, stress.. things that test our faith, endurance and patience)

* or distresses (pain, anxiety, sorrow, physical or mental suffering, troubles or misfortunes..)

*persecution, ( discrimination, hardship)

* or famine, (Hunger, starvation, needs of the body..)

* or nakedness, (without clothing or covering)

* or peril, (exposure to injury, loss, or destruction; grave risk; jeopardy; danger)

* or sword... ( my interpretation.. mortal danger to our bodies.. attacks on us.. )

.. we are MORE than CONQUERORS.. through all these things..

If one is a conqueror of all this but yet more than a Conqeror of all these..

WOW!!!

Not only does it say that..

But that we gain.... this is said to us amidst these things.. whatever they are for each of us..

not just a victory but a

SURPASSING VICTORY!!

All done through HIM... Almighty God..

Because HE FIRST LOVED US!!!

Halleujah.. OH Lord make these words.. Your Words cause us to give You praise.. yell.. dance.. sing.. see our victory.. dream...

And we will over come!!!

WE ARE OVERCOMERS in whatever it is that binds us.. holds us.. or tries to do to us.. we have the victory.. speak it.. pray it.. believe... believe.. believe.. and live it!!
