Thank You, Jesus, for the stripes that You took for my healing. I am healed by Your stripes! (1 Pet. 2:24)
Hi and thanks to those who sent birthday greetings.. I truly had the best birthday ever..
It started when I woke up at the usual time to see a note taped on my alarm clock.. Snooze till 8am!! Our oldest got the children ready and dressed for school and made their lunches.. I got breakfast in bed.. and woke up to find the entire family standing around me.. me half asleep.. LOL.. singing happy birthday!!
Our family gathered the next day for an afternoon tea as my husband had to work on my birthday!! It was lovely!! Some relatives came that we don't see at home often.. I think that made it most special!!
I was treated to lunch out two times!! Once on my birthday and on the day after as well!!
Have a good weekend..
Before I go.. I will leave you with an amazing story!! God bless..

Funeral Plans Canceled When God Miraculously Heals Woman From Massive Brain Hemorrhage

"She kept saying the house was filled to capacity with souls that she didn't know, but they were all angels, and they were here to heal her."
(Lake Elmo, Minn.)—On January 16th, a CT scan documented the fact that 65-year-old Raleane "Rae" Kupferschmidt had suffered a massive cerebral hemorrhage. (Gazette photo by Andrew Wallmeyer)
"The doctor came out in less than 20 minutes and told us there's nothing they can do," said Rae's husband Alan. "There was no brain activity. She wouldn't come out of this.''
As requested in Rae's living will, her family subsequently had her life-support machines removed, said their good-byes, and began making funeral preparations. But God had other plans. As the hours passed into days and Rae continued in a coma, her family moved her home where she had hospice care. A short while later, Rae's daughter, Lisa Sturm, noticed that her mother was becoming more aggressive in sucking on the ice chips she was feeding her.
"Mom, Mom. Are you in there?" she asked. When Rae mouthed the word "yes" and nodded, Sturm said they were stunned.
"You're not going to be thirsty or hungry if you're brain-dead,'' Sturm said. "It was time to get the train turned around because hospice is a one-way track to the funeral home, and Rae's not ready to go."
The doctors were amazed and continue to be amazed at Rae's continued improvement.
According to a report in the Stillwater Gazette, Rae says Lisa asked her numerous times if she was seeing any angels she recognized. Rae replied, "They're not here to take me home; they don't want me. They're here to help me."
Says Lisa: "She kept saying the house was filled to capacity with souls that she didn't know, but they were all angels, and they were here to heal her."
Rae explains her survival so: "I've been the recipient of God's grace, and given a second chance in life. God is not done with me yet. I'm not finished with my purpose," she said. "I don't know what God's purpose is in continuing my life, but I know I will dedicate my life to His work, whatever that is."
